Order Printed Posters
When a club has 10 active players or more, playing The Fundraising Club Lottery, The Fundraising Club is happy to send FREE printed posters to your home address.
The rules are not strict; we want to help your club raise as much as possible. General rules are as follows:
- Clubs must have reached 10 active players
- Content to be agreed with the club before printing
- The printed posters will be colour A3, A4 and A5 prints
- Prints will be sent by Royal Mail to the address provided by the club lottery rep.
Order Key Fobs
When a club has 10 active players or more, playing The Fundraising Club Lottery, The Fundraising Club will send 5 FREE key fobs.
The fobs are small plastic keys that you attach to a key ring. When a fob is held next to a smartphone, the phone loads the club's lottery page.
This saves the club officials from typing a URL. Instead, in just a few seconds, the lottery page is loaded on the phone, and the club member can complete a ticket purchase using a mobile wallet like Apple pay.
The rules are not strict, we want to help your club raise as much as possible. General rules are as follows:
- Clubs must have reached 10 active players
- Fobs will be sent by Royal Mail to the address provided by the club lottery rep.
Mobile App
Promoting and selling tickets in person is an effective way to sell tickets and market the club's cause to the wider community.
This could be in the clubhouse before or after a game, around the pitch during a game or at club events such as dinners and social events.
To sell tickets in person, you need to download the ClubBee App.
All clubs can download the app for FREE. To do so, you need a sign-up code, which can be provided upon request.
How to get the ComBEE App
Step-by-step guide:
- Search for "ComBEE Sign Up App" in the App Store / Google Play Store
- Download the app to your mobile/tablet device
- Load the app and tap "Create an account"
- Enter your details - email address password - for the account and tap "Next"
- Enter the 6-digit code (sent to your email address) and tap "Verify"
- Enter your basic details - title, first name, last name and DOB - and tap "Next"
- Upload a photo of you for ID purposes - you can skip this and do it later
- Your account is created. Tap "Continue" to the next screen
- Enter charitable cause's 8-digit code - supplied by your cause - and tap "Continue"
You now have access to your account in the ComBEE App to use features such as Door To Door and Family & Friends. For more information, please see the sections below.
Using the ComBee App to Sell to Family and Friends
Step-by-step guide:
- Load the app on your phone (if you don't have an account on the app already, please see the section above)
- Tap "Family & Friends"
- Enter the player's details
- The player must be 18 to play the Lottery.
- The player must tap "Agree" to the Terms & Conditions.
- The player can opt-in to receive marketing communications.
- The player must tap "Yes" having read the Solicitation statement (or you can read it to them)
- Enter the player's address and tap "Continue"
- The player can now complete the checkout
- By paying on their own device using a QR code that you present to them
- Or the player can enter their card details/provide their card details to you on your phone and tap "Pay now".
- You should see a sign up success message on the screen. The player should receive an email confirming their ticket and details to sign up to their free Gourmet Society membership card.
- You may now sell a lottery ticket to another player.
Using the ComBee App to Sell Door to Door
Step-by-step guide:
- Load the app on your phone (if you don't have an account on the app already, please see the section above)
- Tap "Door to door"
- Find the address based on your location
- Enter the outcome of your visit - No answer, No called callers notice displayed, or Answer (Not interested or Interested)
- If interested, tap "Start sign up"
- Enter the player's details.
- The player must be 18 to play the Lottery.
- The player must tap "Agree" to the Terms & Conditions.
- The player can opt-in to receive marketing communications.
- The player must tap "Yes" having read the Solicitation statement (or you can read it to them)
- The player can now complete the checkout
- By paying on their own device using a QR code that you present to them
- Or the player can enter their card details/provide their card details to you on your phone and tap "Pay now".
- You should see a sign up success message on the screen. The player should receive an email confirming their ticket and details to sign up to their free Gourmet Society membership card.
- You may now move on to the next house/location.
Custom Banners & Posters
When a club has 50 active players or more playing The Fundraising Club Lottery, The Fundraising Club is happy to design custom posters and banners that support the club's cause.
Plus, we will post a set of FREE colour A3, A4 and A5 prints to your home address.

- Clubs must have reached 50 active players
- Content to be agreed with the club before printing
- The printed posters will be colour A3, A4 and A5 prints
- Prints will be sent by Royal Mail to the address provided by the club lottery rep.
WhatsApp Community
To support club volunteers, we have created a WhatsApp community.
The community is free to join and brings together club volunteers from across the UK who promote The Fundraising Club Lottery.
The WhatsApp community provides daily support and tips. You can ask questions and get rapid answers from staff and fellow Lottery Reps.
We recommend every club have at least one person in the community.
As part of the onboarding, all clubs will be invited to join the WhatsApp community when their lottery page is live.
