To support club fundraising, The Fundraising Club can provide extra resources such as a mobile app, printed posters and key fobs to help boost ticket sales.

Order Printed Posters

When a club has 10 active players or more, playing The Fundraising Club Lottery, The Fundraising Club is happy to send FREE printed posters to your home address.

The rules are not strict; we want to help your club raise as much as possible. General rules are as follows:

  • Clubs must have reached 10 active players
  • Content to be agreed with the club before printing
  • The printed posters will be colour A3, A4 and A5 prints
  • Prints will be sent by Royal Mail to the address provided by the club lottery rep.

Tap-to-Join ‘Lottery Key Fobs’

Lottery Key Fobs are one of the easiest ways to help supporters join your lottery.

Each Lottery Key Fob is pre-programmed with your club's lottery sign-up page. When a supporter taps the key fob against their smartphone, they are taken directly to the sign-up page, making it quick and easy to purchase a ticket.

Why use Lottery Key Fobs?

Lottery Key Fobs remove barriers to sign-up by taking supporters straight to your lottery page.

They are particularly effective because:

  • No web address needs to be entered
  • No searching is required
  • Supporters can sign up immediately
  • They are easy to carry and use

When should you use them?

Lottery Key Fobs work best during face-to-face conversations, including:

  • Match days
  • Training sessions
  • Tournaments
  • Club events
  • Fundraising activities

Top Tip

Give your Lottery Key Fobs to your Lottery Champion and Ambassadors and encourage them to carry them whenever they are promoting the lottery. The easier you make it for supporters to sign up, the more successful your launch is likely to be.

Mobile Sign-Up: The Do Your Bit App

The Do Your Bit App allows Lottery Champions, Lottery Ambassadors and supporters to access and sign up to your lottery from their mobile device.

Supporters can use the app to purchase tickets for themselves and can also use it to sign up friends, family members and other supporters to the lottery.

Downloading the App

Search for "Do Your Bit" in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and download the app to your mobile device.

Setting Up Your Account

Once installed, follow the on-screen instructions to create your account.

As part of the setup process, you will be asked to enter your club's unique Cause Code. This code links the app to your club's lottery and can be provided on request.

Getting Started

Once your account has been created and your Cause Code added, you'll be ready to use the app.

Your Lottery Champion and Ambassadors can use the app to sign up players.

You can use the app to sign up yourself and/or supporters directly from your mobile device.

Custom Banners & Posters

When a club has 50 active players or more playing The Fundraising Club Lottery, The Fundraising Club is happy to design custom posters and banners that support the club's cause.

Plus, we will post a set of FREE colour A3, A4 and A5 prints to your home address.

WhatsApp Community

To support club volunteers, we have created a WhatsApp community.

The community is free to join and brings together club volunteers from across the UK who promote The Fundraising Club Lottery.

The WhatsApp community provides daily support and tips. You can ask questions and get rapid answers from staff and fellow Lottery Reps.

We recommend every club have at least one person in the community.

As part of the onboarding, all clubs will be invited to join the WhatsApp community when their lottery page is live.
